We have a group of 10-12 regulars who enjoy a leisurely one hour session every Tuesday.

Our tutor is Bruna Monderoca. She tailors our classes meet our fitness and experience levels. She is very kind and caring. We have a very nice room at Papamoa Sports and Recreation Centre which has a padded floor.
You are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and a blanket. Later you may wish to buy props such as light rubber blocks and or straps for your practice.
Our classes start promptly at 9.30 am so be there early.
There are 2 free sessions to try us out. After that you are required to join U3A.
